Philip is responsible for the product, sales and marketing strategy of Intralinks’ Strategic Financials business. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the M&A Research Centre at Cass Business School, City, University of London. Prior to joining Intralinks in 2010, he worked for 17 years as an M&A investment banker, management consultant and in corporate finance/development.
